Talking to passed loved ones, Spirit, Angels and Guides, is wildly different from what I expected to be spending my evenings doing. At the ripe age of 35, after years of suppressing my intuition and tuning too deeply into my “outuition” (ie. others’ energy), I began looking inward.

I was introduced to boundaries, to somatic bodywork, to the idea that productivity is not the only definition of success. Simply put, I learned to shift from my brain to my body.

As I shed a heck of a lot of “shoulds” I’d prescribed myself, I became familiar with myself.

In the quiet, Spirit snuck in. First, it was a podcast with recorded medium sessions. Then, a book about intuition and another about our everyday magic. Then, people came out of the woodwork to offer guidance: an aunt, a cousin, a third cousin, a friend, a stranger. Within a year, I was channeling messages to family and friends from their loved ones who’d passed. It was wildly affirming, inspiring, and magical. I knew there was nothing I wanted more than to share these experiences with others.
